AR TurboGeeks' Outsourced Information Technology (OIT) program is designed to provide network management, maintenance, and quality service from small and medium sized businesses to enterprise level clients.

The goal of the OIT program is to free companies from the burden of maintaining and supporting their Information Technology infrastructure.

The costs associated with this process can be prohibitive for smaller companies and increase as the reliance on the technology increases. AR TurboGeeks can help to overcome this by providing a fully trained staff of technicians and engineers to provide only those services that each company might need, rather than the company having to hire and maintain a full staff of their own.

AR TurboGeeks will act as the company's IT staff and provide all required network and computer services. It allows our customers to choose between different technician qualifications and priorities of service dependent upon the level of service required.

Network Audit and Inventory

AR TurboGeeks will have a Systems Engineer (or a Consultant in more complex environments) perform a thorough analysis of the network and inventory the equipment and the configurations. This Systems Engineer will be the primary engineer for the customers account. Network and server performance will be reviewed, recorded, and used as a baseline. A network diagram and documentation set will be created from this review with a copy given to the customer and one kept on file. AR TurboGeeks ' copy will be used for remote diagnostics or maintenance and familiarization should the primary engineer not be available for a service call.

Recommendations

AR TurboGeeks will make recommendations for the customer's network based on the information gathered in step one. In the event of a major problem these recommendations may be required for AR TurboGeeks to continue to support the customer's environment. This report will be reviewed with the customer and the customer can prioritize the list and choose whether or not to implement the changes. AR TurboGeeks will then schedule and plan to make any changes that the customer decides to have performed.

Monthly Maintenance

AR TurboGeeks will create a monthly maintenance schedule with the customer to perform regular maintenance and perform any tasks that the customer has identified. Depending on the size of the network and the complexity of it, this may be a once a month, twice a month, or once a week schedule.

Service and Support

The customer can call into AR TurboGeeks at any time to request service and support. If something requires attention before the next maintenance visit then the customer simply calls into AR TurboGeeks ' Resource Coordinator to get an appointment. This may also include projects that will require more time than allotted during the regular maintenance visit.
